Voluntary Work Placement Providers agree:

To comply with health and safety legislation in the workplace
To advise Language Xchange Ireland in advance if students are required to undertake Garda vetting or other vetting or checks required by legislation or regulations
To treat the students’ personal information with the same respect as company employees
To allocate tasks to students in accordance with age, ability and any age-related employment legislation or guidelines
To advise Language Xchange Ireland immediately if any issues arise within the student placement
To advise Language Xchange Ireland as soon as practicable if the Voluntary Work Placement Provider is unable to provide a previously agreed to work placement
Not to directly approach or accept direct contact from LXI clients such as travel agents, schools, teachers or students in a business capacity
Not to copy or replicate any of the content of this database
To use the student performance rating tool available on this database for confidential feedback to LXI on the student’s progress
