Language Xchange Ireland (LXI) offers students an exciting opportunity to improve their ‘Business English’ through our structured, multi-tiered English Learning Programs, consisting of five core elements: E-learning Package prior to arrival in Ireland; Voluntary Work Placement or Business Language School; Irish Host Family for duration of stay in Ireland; access to local social and cultural events; and participation in a Cultural Tour. In addition to formal learning, our programs offer students an opportunity to develop conversational English in fun and relaxing social environments and to enhance life skills through the experience of living with an Irish Host Family.

A warm welcome, friendly Irish hospitality and supportive environment are cornerstones of what we offer. A member of our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide advice and support to teachers and students and to attend to any unforeseen issues such as illness or injury.  An LXI staff member will be located in your town during your stay and will always be available to assist if issues arise.  

Please note, however, that foreseeable immigration/visa issues, preventable disciplinary issues (such as alcohol or drug abuse, public disorder, violence, illegal behaviour, incidents requiring police involvement) will require LXI staff involvement outside of the standard level of support provided as part of all of our programs.
